FIRST ON TV5s: Trump Blasts Biden’s Afghanistan Debacle in New Documentary, Linking Abbey Gate Terror to ‘Woke’ Policies

In a new documentary poised for release next week, former President Trump is sharply criticizing President Biden’s mishandling of the Afghanistan withdrawal. The film, produced by the conservative think tank American Principles Project (APP), explores how the focus on “culture wars” under the Biden administration may have contributed to the disaster.

Titled Culture War: The Deadly Consequences of a Woke War Machine, the documentary scrutinizes the 2021 Abbey Gate suicide bombing, which marked its third anniversary on Monday. The attack, part of the chaotic U.S. withdrawal from Afghanistan, resulted in the deaths of 13 American service members and 180 total casualties.

Featuring interviews with Trump, former White House Chief of Staff Mark Meadows, several Congress members, and the families of the fallen soldiers, the film alleges that the Biden administration’s obsession with cultural issues, such as COVID-19 vaccination policies and recruitment strategies involving drag queens, diverted attention from crucial security matters. The trailer highlights these controversial decisions as part of its critique.

Trump Set to Deliver Scathing Attack on Harris as 3rd Anniversary of Deadly Afghanistan Bombing Looms

Trump Rips Biden’s Afghanistan Withdrawal on Third Anniversary of Abbey Gate Attack

Former President Donald Trump made a poignant visit to Arlington National Cemetery on Monday, commemorating the third anniversary of the tragic Abbey Gate bombing that claimed 13 American lives. In an upcoming documentary, Trump does not hold back, launching a fierce critique of President Biden’s handling of the chaotic Afghanistan withdrawal.

“Biden came into office without a clue, and our country’s respect deteriorated fast. They respected us when I was in charge,” Trump declared.

The former president emphasized, “We saw no losses for eighteen months, then that devastating day. We exited Afghanistan with no dignity, no pride, and no strength. It was an abysmal failure.”

American Principles Project President Terry Schilling accused Biden and Vice President Kamala Harris of transforming the military into a “left-wing social experiment.”

“Strong military leadership is paramount, but under Biden and Harris, our armed forces have been subjected to a dangerous social experiment with fatal outcomes,” Schilling said.

He added, “‘Culture War’ exposes the true damage of Democrats’ cultural extremism on our service members. The heroes lost at Abbey Gate deserved much better from today’s Washington leadership. It’s our duty to reveal their stories and ensure such a tragedy never repeats.”

Kamala Harris’ Mysterious Role in Afghanistan Withdrawal: The Last Person in the Room Remains an Enigma

Relatives of the 13 American service members killed in the Abbey Gate bombing took center stage at last month’s Republican National Convention, highlighting a glaring oversight: President Biden had yet to publicly name the fallen troops.

In a move seen as addressing this lapse, both Biden and Vice President Kamala Harris issued separate statements on the three-year anniversary of the tragic attack. Each statement meticulously listed the names of the 13 service members, acknowledging their sacrifice.

“These 13 Americans—and the many more who were wounded—were patriots in the highest sense,” Biden said. “Some were born the year the war in Afghanistan began. Some were on their second or third tour. But all answered the call to serve a cause greater than themselves, risking their safety for their fellow Americans, Allies, and Afghan partners. They embodied the very best of who we are as a nation: brave, committed, selfless. We owe them and their families a sacred debt we can never fully repay, but one we will tirelessly strive to honor.”

This statement contrasts sharply with Biden’s controversial comment during a June debate, where he asserted, “Truth is, I’m the only president this decade who doesn’t have any troops dying anywhere in the world like he did.” That remark drew fierce criticism, and his recent statements seem to be an attempt to rectify his earlier oversight.

Harris Skips Mention of Deadly Afghanistan Withdrawal in High-Flying Pro-Military DNC Speech

In a powerful tribute, the speaker emphasized the profound debt owed to the fallen and wounded service members of America’s longest war. “We owe a debt not just to the 20,744 American heroes who were wounded and the 2,461 who made the ultimate sacrifice, but also to their families—sons, daughters, mothers, fathers, spouses, and friends,” the speaker declared. “Their sacrifice in the deserts of Helmand, the mountains of Kunduz, and beyond, reflects unmatched bravery. Deployment after deployment, they risked everything to secure our freedom and safety.”

Despite the stirring words, the White House has yet to respond to TV5s Digital’s request for comment.
